MXD is a group of systems responsible for sticking cards on personalized forms and folding them into a format that fits into an envelope. It includes the MXD111, MXD211, MXD611 and MXD811 models, differentiated in terms of performance and functionality, designed to work with the corresponding MX models, i.e. MX1100, MX2100, etc.
Regardless of the model, each MXD device is characterized by reliability and reliable operation. An advanced card and form tracking system throughout the entire production cycle ensures proper matching of these two elements and eliminates the risk of delivering the wrong card to the customer.
Fast laser printers are used to print the forms. The devices offered by Entrust include top models from Kyocera, Konica Minolta and Riso, enabling black and white or color printing in A4 or A3 format. Up to 4 cards can be placed on one form in a horizontal position, and in the MXD611 and MXD811 systems it is possible to place up to 5 cards, including 3 in a vertical position. The forms can then be folded in C or Z, and in MXD611 and MXD811 also in V. Self-adhesive stickers are used to place cards on the forms, each side of which is covered with a different type of glue. Thanks to this, the card is firmly glued to the paper carrier, and at the same time it can be removed without damaging the form.
